About the position

At Outta Boundz, Dining Hosts play a pivotal role in curating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued Guests within our vibrant dining rooms and dynamic bar area. As a Dining Host at Outta Boundz, you will be at the forefront of our hospitality, expertly guiding and enhancing each guest’s journey.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Greet and welcome all dining guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Uphold and prioritize rigorous cleanliness and safety standards throughout the dining area
• Engage with Guests to gather essential details about their visit, personalizing their experience
• Manage and organize seating arrangements ensuring an optimal 
• Keep the waitlist updated, coordinating and orchestrating the seating process
• Act as a communication link between Servers, Guests, and other staff members using effective communication techniques
• Thank Guests as they conclude their dining experience, expressing genuine gratitude and inviting their return
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties to ensure the dining environment is prepared and well-maintained

Position Requirements

• Prior Food and beverage experience is preferred, though not mandatory
• A strong focus on providing exceptional service to our valued Guests is essential. We have a special place in our hearts for our Guests!
• Embrace a collaborative approach, understanding that teamwork is the key to turning dreams into reality
• As required, possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certification
• Exhibit adept problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly
• Capable of communicating effectively with Management, fellow Team Members, and Guests alike
• Display keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of your role
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and efficiency are paramount
• Maintain the flexibility to work during days, nights, and/or weekends, ensuring coverage for varying shifts
