How far in advance should I book my party?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekend parties. During peak seasons (summer, holidays), booking 4-6 weeks ahead is advised to secure your preferred date and time.
How many children can attend a birthday party?
Our packages are designed for a minimum of 8 children. We can accommodate larger groups of up to 24 children per party room, with multiple rooms available for even larger parties.
Can I bring my own cake or cupcakes?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. We provide plates, napkins, and utensils. Please note that other outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Do parents need to pay to attend?
Parents and non-participating adults do not need to pay the package price. We offer complimentary coffee and soft drinks for parents supervising the party.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a $100 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable with 7 days notice of cancellation. Rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
